Poor Yachiyo… I really felt bad for her!
For a while now, it’s apparent that Satou has a crush on Yachiyo, which she starts to notice. As seen in Episode 8, they almost looked like a couple when they shopped for a cellphone. Sadly, Mitsuki still doesn’t approve of him being around Yachiyo and finally confronts him. Satou somehow admits that he likes Yachiyo, but it gets misinterpreted as Mitsuki going out with him. Yachiyo unsuspectingly overhears them and it causes her to become depressed. She looked so down that it was kind of upsetting. Misunderstandings happen, especially if it involves relationships and crushes. Therefore, it’s up to the person to set things right and he does just that. I just hope that they can get closer with each other after the reset because they still make a cute couple.
Meanwhile, Nazusa is still growing at a very disturbing rate and what she’s doing is causing Souta to become increasingly scared. Apparently, she consumes cartons of milk and exercises a lot to grow taller, something that he does not like. On the other hand, I find her visit of Izumi and Kazue rather interesting as they bang their phones on the desk to hang up an incoming call. Apparently, it works although you shouldn’t try this home. You might end up dropping your cellphone on the floor and break it.
Despite the lack of Inami punching other people, the change of pace in was great. I have to admit that Aoi’s appearance was somewhat lame in this episode since she wanted to find her bear and finds it shortly after. Thankfully, Popura made up for that disappointment since I liked what Satou did to her hair. He made it into a Christmas tree, just in time for the holiday. What made my day are the princess curls because they looked so cute on her that she looked like a princess. Still, it would have been better if she could wear a dress of a princess. ¶
