It has been a very slow week with Anime since releases for shows I’m covering didn’t come out until the end of the week. Nevertheless, I decided to cover them in one post with some real life experiences along with the usual thoughts on the Anime itself. This includes Kaichou wa Maid-sama, Working!!, K-ON!! Episode 4. This post is paginated by each series. If successful, I may do this in the future to leave room for more editorial posts.
Kaichou wa Maid-Sama – Episode 4
Without prior knowledge, you wouldn’t know if this person, Aoi-chan is a trap or not… The whole episode mainly focuses around him… and if you are hypnotized by her/his/it appearance… then you sure to fall for this trap. Usui knew off the bat (s)he was a guy… and who wears Lolita dresses as normal clothing? Not anyone I know of…
Oddly enough, unlike other traps… this one is an idol on the internet. The chances of getting fapped is very high… and you would come in an impression that Aoi-chan is actually a girl… However, how Aoi-chan dresses and his/her appearance reminds me of Alice-chan from that not so good second season of Nogizaka Haruka… Sure the dress may not be the same, but damn look at the wig and eye color… some similarities, except that Aoi-chan is a bit older than Alice-chan…
Well, Aoi-chan is actually a boy… not a girl and I have mistaken and got corrected. I looked back, now I knew because of the way Usui act and tries to avoid him. Comparing the gender roles, things like wearing girls clothing and liking cute things intensively is generally not accepted in society nor cross-dressing. It is because people won’t accept who what they are. The same with same-sex relationships. It is not surprising since some people are prejudiced and it won’t likely to change unless people’s views chance.
Also with Misa… Aoi-chan complains about her not being feminine enough. Females who somewhat lack femininity aren’t shunned since… well… I have no idea… However, Aoi-chan next day makes Misa dress in a Lolita dress… and yes, it’s cute… even more so if she is blushing according to Usui… In conclusion, it was a very enjoyable episode…
