Previewed in last April, Key launch a new project called “Angel Beats.” If you don’t know what is Key is, they make visual novels which are well known such as Kanon, Air, Clannad, Planetarian, Tomoyo After, and Little Busters. Annouced today, the show will be produced by Aniplex, which one of the studios (A-1 Pictures which is part of Aniplex) produced Kannagi, which the animation is pretty decent and writer is Jun Maeda.
What bothers me the most is that the main character gives off Haruhi vibes… because it look identical to her… Anyways, I’m looking forward to it whenever it will air and hopefully won’t interfere on a potential Little Busters! adaptation.
